I’m a psychologist and live next to the Mouffetard market in the Latin Quarter. I have a degree in French civilization from La Sorbonne University. I love Paris and know all the secrets of its history, architecture and all the best food shops of this medieval Parisian neighborhood.

GOURMET CHEF & SOMMELIER

I was born in Paris in a family of restaurateurs and gourmets. I’m a French sommelier with a specialty in foreign wines. I have been working as a chef in traditional and modern restaurants, always in direct contact with the producers and farmers, with whom I like to spend time to understand their know-how and place of production.
